There are so many things that I was unhappy about. I was NOT even close to satisfied with my experience. If I never go back it will be too soon!

It took two and a half hours to put on our snow tires which were already mounted on rims, despite having a scheduled appointment
She is very friendly and professional as well as honest! She kept me updated on my car and made sure it got washed as well as everything done I brought it in for. She made my visit much more enjoyable!

Chris was fantastic. Came in for an oil change, he and his team found a nail in my front tire and patched it up for me before I left. Great service!!
Very good service, fast and efficient. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the car is set back to when it came in. My automatic headlights were turned off and they should have been turned back on.
