Zach is terrific - a wizard at multitasking, able to explain complicated, technical stuff while inspecting faulty wiper blades and moving check-in along. He’s friendly, gracious and thorough. I give him a TEN. I’m grateful for his patience, rewording an explanation just beyond my brain’s grasp.
