Cassandra was very professional, explaining all aspects of the servicing of my vehicle. She even handled my questions after I left the lot. I experienced a little issue with my brakes as I was leaving the lot & she answered my questions & put me at ease.

I called the Kia center twice with no call back from the representative. Also, I did not recieve a complimentary vacuum or hand wash. This is the second vehicle I’ve brought to **** Hannah and felt unsatisfied with the level of service. I will probably never bring another car back here. I wonder if your mechanics know what they are doing or whether they are doing a thorough job. I am having a second opinion and servicing the vehicle through another.

I made an appointment for 9 a.m. I show up and told it was going to be 3 hours for an oil change! I said fine and shuttle took me and my kid to IHOP. After 3 hours I asked to be picked up. It was going to be an hour! So in the cold rain I walked back to dealership. All in all it took 4 hours for an oil change and some extras. I'm not going to bring my van again. If I need to my husband can bring it in. Miserable experience.

I don't like having to take my car for repairs but I love all of the service reps. Having so many miles on my car, they recognize me which makes me feel important.
