I felt Cassandra was upset with me because I listed online that I'd need a ride, instead, I waited for my car. I didn't feel her tone of voice was appropriate when she tile me make the "wait" selection next time I schedule online. Then it took 1:50 to get my oil changed and car washed. I figure I can go to a Jiffy Lube for the same price and be done faster. I will have second thoughts about bringing my car back to you.
The lady that help me was so nice and I really was upset about it because I don't have any money right now and she reassured me that everything was covered so I will be coming back when I need help thank you for everything
You guys always take really good care of our car but we're not understanding why when we drop it off it takes 6 or 7 hours to do an oil change when in the morning me cela's tell us it will just be a couple that's the only complaint we have with you guys it wasn't the lady who helped us out was great I don't know her name I think it was Cassandra but the lengthy period of time you guys had our car was kind of over the top
I went in to have my brake lights CHECKED. I left owing $39 for 2 brake lights, I was not told this was happening and did not ok it. I was also told that to fix my third brake light it would be $190. I just replaced the bulb for $6.41. I went in for the lights because I was told it was weird all 3 went out at the same time. If I would have known it was just the bulbs I would have done it myself.
I've been dealing with **** Hannah Kia for several years and have bought numerous cars from them. Whether it's buying a vehicle or having service done its always a great experience. The customer service is phenomenal!!

Fantastic service overall. Appreciated the attention to detail, text and email report and free WiFi so I could work. One suggestion is a vacuum with the wash would’ve topped it off nicely!
