The vehicle serviced was and is a 2016 Kia, not a 2012.
I asked for a quote to repair the bumper, I was given a quote for a part no one wants replaced, the piece under the bumper...who cares about THAT? I made sure the part I was inquiring about was seen and photographed.
Not happy in fact a little disappointed.

Excellent customer service....
Overall everything was good. However there are no valve stem covers on my tires now. They were on there when I dropped the car off.
