I orginally came in on 12/26/18 for an appointment at 11 am and never received a call or status update regarding the appointment, so I drove in from my yacolt, was house to the dealer. Once I got there I found out th appointment would have to be rescheduled. Big waiste of my day and driving to find out I can't get my car in that day. Got a new appointment for Friday and car was taken care of and they claimed they washed the car, car was half washed (front window not cleaned, door panel cleaned up to door handle areas and lift gate was barely done thoroughly). I guess my recalls where done but experience wasn't all that exciting.

Our only complaint, is that a 9:30am appointment for our service should be complete prior to end of day! Thankfully we were both at work. I would have been pissed if we had waited there all day like I was asked when dropping off my vehicle early at approximately 8:15am. Thank you James for your service over the years!

Thank you for making a task seem a lot easier. Friendly service, instant solution to any issue, beautiful vehicle, clean and ready. Also, the drop off and pick up was fast and easy. I hope your rewarding a team that is so focused on customers. I rarely find this in service. I own a new Chevy as well and do not get this service with a service warranty. Thank you again. While they didn't experience the same driving 'symptoms' my husband and I did, providing an alignment may solve the issue...we shall see.
