Troy was great. Also your waiting area allowed me to work while the car was being serviced. I sure appreciate the WiFi, coffee and snacks.
My only concern was with the rep who scheduled the service. She was very curt and impatient as I tried to schedule the service. She spoke to me as if she had better things to do and I was nothing but another phone call that she was anxious to ‘just get it over with’ sheesh!
Great customer service. Ordered a Lyft to and from book store. Driver arrived very quickly. Kept us informed of the process.

I called in yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change. They said that is a service that I can just walk in for and get taken care of. I said I wanted to make an appointment since last time I came in it took 3 hours for a simple service. They said ok and made me an apppointment. I got to my appointment and they told me it would be 2 hours. I got upset and told him this is the reason I made an appointment was to avoid a long wait. He said they were backed up and offered a complimentary Lyft, which made the situation better. My appointment was for 11 and I hadn’t heard anything by 1:30 so I called. Someone answered and said the person i was working with will have to call me back. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me yes or no if my car was done. The guy called me back a few minutes later and said my car was next on the lift. I was aggravated at this point because it’s been 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. I told him my car absolutely had to be done by 3 because I had to get my kids at school by 3. He sounded shocked when I said this and said ok. I got a call at 2:40 that my car was finally done.
