Mr Costa handled the situation professionally & smoothly & took care of me in such that I am pleased & don't regret buying from DH but will recommend them .
Troy was great and really helpful, but another agent helped me with check in and missed the portion of the service I came in for and only noted non-critical fixes I wanted on my car. When I went to pick up the car the following morning, my husband and I had to wait two more hours for technicians to finish the missed service. It ultimately worked out, but we had to completely rearrange our day because of it.
