They did not come and let me know my car was ready. I finally went up ad ask if my car was done and it had been sitting out there for 20 minutes. My wife said she got an e-mail at home but did not see it until after the fact. I noticed the service dept came and let other customers know their car was ready so I expected they would let me know also. Someone dropped the ball. Other than that the service was good.
Satisfied - Yes, but the price could be better ad in cheaper.
Your computer needs to be updated. Zac had looked up in history that I had previously had some services done that were showing up as critical now. It bothers me that If that service has been done why is showing up still as being needed.

Thank you for providing such convenient shuttles. Every shuttle driver I have met has been great! I also appreciate the complimentary add ons like the car wash.
When my wife arrived in the service drive, she was not greeted when she got out of the car. There were two service associates talked. She proceeded to walk up to the counter and had to wait untill they were done taking. More attention to the customer would be great.

They 'washed' my car but it was still full of bugs and bird poo in the same spots as were there previously.
The only time my car looked properly washed from the dealership was the day I picked it up brand new. Ever since it is a half **** job.

She was great, she noticed on the first print out of what was done to my car was not in detail and adjusted it so it was in full detal, she also answered all my questions with great knowledge of my sportage.
