Very polite employee who got me through the process. Kept me informed well. My own criticism is that it usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours to get the oil changed. Today was a little over 1.5 hours. Sometimes I go to other places to get oil changes cause I'm in and out in half the time.
Cassandra was absolutely fabulous! Waited late for my town truck and was very helpful. I will come back to Hannah because of her!
I see my car was brought in for service, but the only vehicle I’ve had in is my mdx in the collision department. It still has parts to be put in, and the job is not done yet. If my sti was in please call me immediately

It was stressful worrying about timing of pickup, whether I would be able to get to work, being told I'd missed the 10:15 shuttle when I hadn't been informed there was one. Communication was a bit lax, and no estimate of completion time was given. I was called by Melody about a ride, but she said she didn't work that late, so I arranged for a ride home, not having any idea the car would be done, then just at end of day, I get her call she's coming, then a text car is done. I know you folks aren't magicians but when an appt is made, certain conditions are described, one should have possible parts at the ready. Then, a knowledgeable serviceman can look at the list, sort in his mind the potential issues, and estimate when it could be done. This is called 'managing' and is an integral part of service-oriented businesses as large as **** Hannah Kia...nice folks, I just have expectations. My 25 cents...

But , at the end I’ve been noticed that a complimentary rotation was done and I checked tires , wasn’t rotated
