Amazing service today. Our appointment was not in the system for some reason, but the service team made it happen anyway. They were timely and let me know when it was done. I also asked about the car wash monthly program mentioned to us at purchase and they noted a kaddy carwash voucher. When I picked up my vehicle, not only had they already washed it, but they vacuumed it, wiped down the inside and washed the windows on the inside as well. Made my day and my life easier. Thank you thank you thank you!

My truck has been at the service department since August 22nd and is still there. I have gotten a half a dozen erroneous texts saying my truck is ready for pickup which are promptly followed by the service manager telling me to disregard them. I can say with certainty that I will never bring any vehicle back to your dealership and I will actively warn all friends, family, and random people I speak with to avoid **** Hannah. While probably naive, I’m holding out hope that I may see my truck again before Thanksgiving. But I’m sure I will disappointed again, which seems to be a common emotion when dealing with your company.

Teila was amazing.. got my truck in and had the repairs done way before expected, kept in contact with me the whole time and the text messages were perfect.. kept me in th loop the whole time. Thanks for everything and for making the experience great again.

Yes, Shawn was great. I just wish I was told about the scheduling conflict for the service vs body shop on a Saturday. That would have saved me 2 hours round trip. I was told that I had to schedule through service no matter what and then schedule it through body for repairs. I brought it to service and now have to bring it back to body, then back again for repairs. Thanks, Deric Keith

I made the appointment with knowing the price I was going to pay due to the coupon I had found for $69.95. Nothing on it said anything about an additional $30 for labor. When I has asked Cassandra why that wasn't told to me before hand she just shrugged her shoulders and said that's just what they do. I said that no where on the coupon even did it say anything about an additional $30 for labor. She didn't have much to say other than saying that's what y'all do. On top of that when I got to my car the seat was all the way pushed back, floor mat was disarray and my car wasn't vacuumed which was a shock for me! I can get oil changes and such done with a shop down the road from my house that vaccuums and gives you a free car wash for $35 less than what I was charged. Y'all may not include a vacuum job or a free car wash but to not even try to put my seat where it was just showed lack of attention to detail and not what I would have expected from **** Hannah service center at all. I also drove all the way there from Fairview so all of these little things and lack of customer service was not worth the drive for me. I decided to go there as the sales staff and experience was amazing! But the service center doesn't match that.
