Seems to me you guys dont have a heart.i specifically asked darin the "technician" to reprogram the computer on my 2008 chrysler300.replacing module was suggested.wich was quoted at 2,200$ and it was a must.to perform a reprogram.how can i be satisfied.you charge me 336.00$ to do nothing.i finally got a hold of someone who fixed my car without replacing what darin suggested.without reprogramming.and without spending 2,200$.to be satisfied.unless you give me my money back then i wont be satisfied.im glad i declined the module rwplacing i was suggested by your technician imagine spending 2k$ for the heck of it.im not sure why you guys charge me if nothing was done.i expected a high quality service by qualified technician.not just giving my money away for the heck of it.pictures was taken but this guy who fixed my car .also a video.im sure he will post this evidence on social medias ..

I waited outside my car for over 10 mins. I am or thought I was a preferred customer did not receive my 10% off. No sticker for next oil change. Nor offered a car wash and no one “still working” to install my recommend air filter.
Customer service is great, but the quality and attention to detail is always lacking with your services. Why would anyone come back when everything is a hassel to you guys? I can get better service elsewhere for cheaper!
