Jeff and team were amazing. We were out of town on a trip and he kept us up to date with all the things going on with our vehicle. He along with his team would call even when the news wasn’t the best. Thank you for being so kind, and understanding; espically with our family. Thank you for all of your hard work it did not go unnoticed.

I am so pissed right now with the detail service and lack of respect for peoples belongings....I had paperwork regarding my moms death in our truck that they just THREW in the back of our truck along with the headrests. Those all ended up wet before realizing where they were. I as an employee will never have my vehicles back for detail. Now I am having to separate and dry papers that are important documents that your people so blatantly disregarded a customer's personal belongings....employee or not this is so unacceptable I have absolutely no words at the moment for this .
As for the other service that was fine.

Shortly but the tech was unable to address the second problem because at this time he was unable to see for himself that the trunk hatch does not always operate properly and has come down on our head Automatically and my husband has had aneurysm to his head from an accident in the pass and still had some blood on the brain and he takes blood thinners and it could be dangerous for him to be hit in the head and it is a big concern for us We purchased the car and thought it would be a good feature for the tailgate a little bite self automatically and a button for it to come down it does not work properly
She does her job very well.
The customer service manager was awesome as she typically is (in fact main reason I recently purchased a car from DH), however the service tech failed to solve the problem, as well did not reinstall removed equipment.
Again if not for Teila I would not likely return.
Complete disappointment!
My vehicle is just as damaged, if not damaged more. I spoke with Scott about it being done incorrectly. I showed what needed to be fixed upon drop off, and it did not get done. I am very unhappy about it.
Great service and keeping us informed about our vehicle.Teila was informative and very knowledgeable in the questions we asked.
