Repair department damaged the leather shift knob Now it needs replacing as well as a couple scratches on shifter assembly. Scott long was wonderful to work with. He handled everything with extreme care. I look forward to working with him in the future.

My truck has been at **** Hannah for 17 days. Still has no confirmed diagnosis. Joe has been NO help in getting our ONLY source of transportation AND INCOME. A giant disaster and nobody cares. VERY dissatisfied. Beth has been the ONLY one to answer any questions. On a Thursday’s. At 5pm. When nothing else can happen. We will see if her great service continues.

It was so bad, I traded my truck in to get a Chevy so I’d never have toneldeal with **** Hannah again. Picked up my truck after 11 days in the shop and it still wasn’t fixed. Staff was super rude!!!

**** Hannah purchased and installed tires on my truck awial back after they found out the original tires **** hannah purchased we're not the right load rating now the tires they purchased are wearing pre maturely and they say they can't warranty them even with the 45k mile warranty they supposedly came with when they purchased from Les Schwab been having nothing but problems with this truck and the accessories they put on before I bought it all chosen by them

In the beginning she seemed irritated we had interrupted her meal that was sitting at her desk. When asking me questions she didn't seem too happy that I didn't know whether or not I had a service that could be easily looked up in the system. Towards the end of my time there she seemed a little happier but the beginning of the experience could ha e been much better than it was.

Clarity on what the anticipated charges would be was extremely lacking. One would think that the pad in the representative's hand would tell him that there were 2 fuel filters on a 3500, and inform me of the cost estimates. At this point I will find another service option moving forward.

There were two delays, one part that was ordered was wrong, the other was because of a faulty one. Darin was very professional over the phone when I called and he offered a rental car (that opted not use) as compensation for the trouble. However, I never got any updates throughout the whole process unless I called myself to find out what was going on. Was not appreciative of spending over two thousand dollars with no follow up initiated from the shop. The car had been vacuumed two days before it went into the shop, but my front driver and passenger floors have dirty show prints on them. When I had my previous car (a Nissan) and it went to the shop (Ron Tonkin) they not only vacuumed the car but washed the exterior before I picked it up. Would have made the experience a little better at least considering the car had been in the shop for 8 days.

I brought my Jeep in for service this morning because I’m having problems with my satellite antenna and touchscreen. I paid over 3,000 dollars on a Max Lifetime Warranty on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and she’s telling me that only the drivetrain is covered. Because I had 37,000 miles on my Jeep, nothing is under warranty. She wanted me to pay diagnostics fees to see if it’s covered. Why should I pay for diagnostics, when only my powertrain is covered??? When I purchased that lifetime warranty, I was told things like this are covered. Very disappointed. So now I have a Jeep that I still owe 30,000 dollars on, and I can’t get it fixed.
