I would be satisfied to NOT incur $4,000 in repairs of a Jeep that has ONLY 75K MILES if which I purchased IN GOOD FAITH from your company. I am appalled that I was forced to hand over such a large sum of my hard earned income to cover your product’s shortcomings. To say I am angry and disappointed is an understatement.

I had you change the cabin filter on my Jeep on Saturday 06/29/19 After I drove my Jeep home, the fan sounds like a freight train. It was not that way before I took it in for service. The technician screwed up and did something wrong. This needs to be taken care on your dime. Scott

I am not happy with the work done to my car. It still pulls to the right. They had my car for more than 8 hours. They did not keep me up to date on what was happening. I bought the extended warranty was told it gives me benefits like free oil changes it does NOT. I do not feel like a valued customer. The monthly car wash and vacuum apparently only applies to the outside of the car NOT the door jams and only the front floor board of the car the seats nor anything in the back or the trunk got vacuumed.

Was told my service would be covered under a safety recall for my truck then ended up having to pay 400$.. I told her from the beginning that my truck was leveled and she said it doesn’t matter whether I told her or not that I have to pay the 400$. Also she told me that my tire psi gauge could be fixed, still not fixed. And all of this after I just bought a 53k truck from you guys 3 weeks ago
