I was told that my transmission issues could be a result of my wife driving it from time to time and because the transmission learns or adjust or something, the transmission is “confused.”
So Dodge put out a truck that can have only one driver, or, before I let anyone drive my truck, I have to give a class and make sure they drive in the exact same manner as I do?
I know **** Hannah didn’t manufacture this truck and are doing their best to fix it. Heck, I’ve actually been totally impressed with the service I have received thus far. I was even willing to accept Jeff’s response when I asked him what do we do if this continues to happen (this is the fourth time the transmission has had to be adjusted )? He said that Chrysler Dodge has protocols and they will continue to search the problem and follow the process (Something like this). But then he asked me if anybody else has ever driven the truck . Because I could not say that nobody has never driven my truck, he stated the truck might be confused.
Most ridiculous diagnosis I have ever heard!
After getting our car back someone got my wife to have a bunch of extra crap done. A/C redone,new rotors, a bunch!! $$ 6,000

I was charged for DEF as stated on my receipt ( Completely fill the Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tank). My DEF gauge on my dash showed no change from when I dropped the truck off in the morning. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund to my credit card.
Very frustrating call me to replace the part for recall later they said we didn’t have part find transportation to get home in an hour call me your vehicle is ready later swhen get there by someone’s transport they say we have no part available very unhappy you guys should give me retal he said you can not drive this jeep unless it is fixed very frausting
I always know my cars are in good hands when I bring it in. This time was no exception. My service writer was great took care of everything, kept me informed the whole time and made sure I was in and out in a timely fashion.

Jennifer was wonderful and I really like working with her. Fantastic employee. It just shouldn't take 5 hours for an oil change and car rinse.
Your techs broke the seal on my headlight assembly then wouldn't pay to get it fixed. Cost me $500.
