They didn't fix the problem after having it towed there. My service rep left mid day leaving me without a vehicle and no one would give me any info on my truck. I had to pay for tow truck a second time for an issue they created trying to fix the original issue.the service advisors direct supervisor was rude to me cause she said she was to busy to deal with an issue. I would rather drive my truck off a bridge then let **** Hannah service it again!!!

Kelsea has the best costumer service! I live off of McLaughlin in Milwaukie OR and they never made me happy when I would leave the car lot. Because of her and her only (I was transferred I don't know how many times because no one knew what they were doing but she took charge and made me happy) I will have no problem driving all the way up to Vancouver just to get the customer service that she has!

Your are a bunch of lyars. I will never set foot into one of your dealerships again. You wasted my day, my wife's day and your inexperienced employees day. I took the car out and in 3 hours, changed the water pump myself. All the Nice is a bunch of crap. This is the 3rd bad experience and never again. I had a business for 35 years and never treated anyone like you people treat people. I'm done.
