Miss Kelsey Arnold is VERY smart and well organized. Excellent! Owns her position. She delivers info with confidence and is super interested in the client as a person wanting to be safe on the road. I also appreciate a person who speaks highly of the workers. The men and women in the back behind the scenes. She trusts their work and it shows.
Teila was my contract writer. My vehicle was towed in for service. Not once did she return a call no matter if I tried 3 times a day to find out if my vehicle was received when it would get scheduled, or when it would be completed. I find it unacceptable for a service representative to treat a customer the way she did. On a positive note there was a contract writer by the name of Kelly and she was helpful trying to get Telia to return a phone call or answer any questions I had and for her customer care will be the only reason I will consider returning. If it was not for her I would have paid to have my vehicle towed to a different Dodge dealership out of my own pocket.

Totally screwed up getting maintenance items fixed on my old vehicle then Teila/Service Management totally messed up the follow by me to get those issues resolved, then your company would do nothing to do the courtesy delivery of my new vehicle. As far as I am concerned, myself and my wife will take our Dodges and her Honda to someone and will refer all our friends somewhere else!

It took more than a week and 5-6 phone calls to get a price for Tne service. None of my messages were Ever returned...I had to initiate all calls and sit on hold to speak with someone. Very frustrating
My car had damage to two separate areas, which is not the first time this has happened, only the first time I've brought it to Dodge's attention. The car also had no gas left in it to the point the gas light was on, also not the first time this has happened. It was only driven 3 miles while in Dodge's care and I had left a quarter tank of gas when I dropped it off. Cars are being abused and not being watched over carefully while in Dodge's care. I never take my car anywhere else to have service but things like this will definitely change my decision.
She was great and helpful.
