My truck was not done at the time promised. I had all 4 brakes replaced and all rotors turned. One caliper was replaced along with a oil change. I was told my truck had soft mushy feel when first tested after repairs. They bled the lines and then told me my truck was ready to pick up. After driving my truck I noticed the brakes were not done right. My brake pedal feels soft and mushy and I don't think my ABS system is working now. My brakes are worse now than before bringing them in. Totally unhappy with the work done on my truck!!! ????

Simply having a key fob duplicated. Quoted 1-1.5 hours. Took > 4 hours, and had to call myself to learn status; was tgennput on hold and eventually asked to gave them call back. When I went to pick the car up, there was no indication of whom to see or where to go, and when someone finally got off the phone, could not find my record, spell my name, or have an idea what was being done. Disorganized and lacking in communication amongst the Service team and with customers. We just bought this vehicle in OR and this was our first visit to **** Hannah Chrysler. It was a chance to put your best foot forward, and gain a long term customer. It was also your only chance to make a good first impression. At this, you failed miserably.

No work was actually done but after taking a look at the vehicle Teila and her team were honest and straight forward about the possible costs. Truly appreciate it.

I was satisfied with the work that was done with my car, but I felt very rushed and felt like all my concerns were not addressed... I have mentioned for the last four times that my car has not been starting right... and it it still has not been looked at! I feel like you guys sold me a lemon car! I have had multiple problems with it since I've bought the car... multiple leaks in the same spot with multiple repairs it keeps coming back also the throttle went out at 30,000 miles... I paid an extreme amount of money for my car when I bought it brand new, and I am not satisfied with the car that was sold to me!

Had my car for two days requested that it be vacuumed and washed per the royalty packet we bought at extra cost. Didn't have it washed services guy was rude and not helpful. Waited over two hours for it to be washed. Spent 72.00 for an oil change that I could of got at any other dealer cheaper. Charged us tax when we live in Oregon. The list goes on and on. Never will I buy a car from this place again. We get a new car every other year. Terrible business.
