Weatherstripping on passenger door hadn’t been replaced property. After spending $1500 on new carpet, I went trough the car wash and discovered the passenger side had a massive leak. The truck was soaked in the whole seat and floor. Took it back and the tech put the weatherstripping back in place. Really discouraging to spend all that money on new, dry carpet and have someone’s oversight make the whole inside wet again.

I picked my car up yesterday after being there for a week and today the blind spot assist isn’t working again.
Alyssa was great! I guess I was a little confused about payments however. I wasn't aware there would be such a large fee for running a "diagnostic" on my leaking jeep. 160$ to tighten bolts I already had is outrageous. Not Alyssas fault, she was very nice.

Shawn did a great job- but my truck is still not working properly! The remote start worked when I picked up the truck the morning of 12-11-17 but did not work when I left for my lunch break 3 hours later. The 2nd key fob is not programmed to my truck. The auto doors lock safety feature is in the on position in the settings but doesn’t work properly. I am very disappointed with this entire process.

Had no contact with the dealer ship for 9 days,I had to make the call to see what was going on with my jeep.and I did not have a loaner to drive.had to find rides to work.not a satisfied customer
There was a **** with balls drawn on my vehicle when it was returned to me. It wasn’t there before because it was on the drivers side door. I had my 8 year old child with me too. The vehicle was in an area that makes me strongly believe it wasn’t another customer.
Was really disappointed with this place, had to wait to talk to someone about the service when there was other people available to help me. I had to give these people my last name four different times, very frustrating!
Turns out, the device I have been waiting for, for two weeks couldn’t get done because someone ordered the wrong running boards for my truck & come to find out they are on factory recall!!
I am very disappointed with service, because the appointment was made, like everything was ready to be installed, now I gotta wait longer!, bunch of freakin amateurs if u ask me

I was very pleased with the service I received. Gary was friendly and very helpful. It slipped my mind to ask for help changing the clock and after all was done he came out to my car and helped fix the time! So thankful for a low price and friendly service staff!
