Finding a good time to get necessary maintenance can be a hassle. **** Hanna made my 15,000 mile visit unbelievably good. I went online on a Friday and found an 8:45 slot for the next morning. I got my dually truck over there a bit early. Then I got a call at 9:45 to say it was ready.
The work was completed at a very fair price. Just doing a tire rotation by myself would have taken me hours at home. Haha.
Teila was very helpful and pleasure to work with. I felt that she really tried to help with our vehicle issue.

Every time it seems like when we ask for you guys to wash the car ... there’s always something wrong.
I was told I get free monthly detail service when I bought the jeep. But when I took it there for its first oil change, and asked fot it to be detailed, I was told no, but I could take it to another dealership to get it detailed. I asked to get the compass fixed, it worked for a while and then stopped working again. I was happy with my service advisor but not with the service. Why couldnt you take it to another dealership to have it detailed? I had to take it there 2 times to get the squeeky brakes fixed. If you want my complete satisfaction, review the paperwork that I got when I bought the jeep that says I get free monthly detail service and provide the service without excuses.
Teila was very informative, friendly, and very knowledgeable . She went over exactly what was done, and gave future recommendations. The servicing of my vehicle was handled in a timely matter, I greatly appreciate that.
Had a horrible experience. Have bought 6 cars with **** Hanna over the past 15 years and I don't think I will come back

It took 12 minutes to get checked in. I was just sitting in my car waiting for “my helper” to come check me when. Other employees were standing around that I wish could have checked me in. After I was told my vehicle was ready I came to pick up my car. However, it took 20 minutes to bring my vehicle around to the front. While waiting for my car I noticed several employees smoking out front with the ground covered in cigarette butts. It’s just super frustrating feeling like the customer really doesn’t matter. I believe that if a customer is there pick up a car it should be a very quick turnaround.

There was no service provided because you did have the correct equipment. I was specific about what work I wanted done when I made the appointment. If you were unable to do the work you should have indicated at that time so that I could contact someone else to service my vehicle.
The service manager was very helpful with assisting me with all of my concerns with especially the factory recalls that I did not realized that was also fixed that same day. The mechanic clearly understood my mechanical concerns and has looked into the issues without being informed to look at it, I would also like to commend that person as well for their determination. Thank you guys for your hard work!
I was not satisfied. I scheduled an appointment a week or more in advance to have recalls fixed. Took time out of my day and left my truck there for over 6 hours only to find out you didn’t order the parts for one of the recalls. I’m not happy about wasting my time and feel that since I called in advance, Gave my vin number, and discussed the repairs with someone that they should have had the parts there when i had an appointment.
