This certainly is not aimed at Matthew. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! When I scheduled the appointment online, I was asked what services I needed performed. Since you had just called us to tell us our license plates were in, I included my request to have them put on with my running boards. Seemed to be no problem with that when I dropped it off this morning, but by the time I was called, it could not be done because I needed to sign for them. Which I understand and could have done this morning if I had been told that. Someone should have looked ahead at this and made a note on the order so that Matthew would have known to have me do that before I left this morning. Not a huge deal, but if you want to provide excellent customer service, this is a simple thing, done in advance that would have changed my answer to YES YES YES!

I've paid less for more at othe places and they still cleaned out the car as a courtesy service. I was not impressed. If I'm going to pay over $100 for a service , "at a dealership", I expect my car to be clean on the inside. Whoever drove my car changed the settings on my steering and the seating position from original or maybe it was done durring the inspection; not sure. I did get a slight discount of $10.90 at my request when I questioned the "misc. charges on my receipt. Gary was very proffessional and courteous. When asked about getting another key fob for my car, he was able to provide information that was above and beyond satisfactory. Having said all thay, my cars allighnment is perfect now. Not a single vibration at 120 and all my fluids are topped off. The multi-point inspection really gave me a peace of mind and confidence in my purchase. Thank you guys.
