Jeffery was rude and wouldn’t explain a fee situation and tried to say that I didn’t have a 3 year warranty because my car was past the mileage but I just bought my car 4 months ago and had at least 30,000 miles left on the warranty. He was just rude and kept cutting me off on the phone and trying to hang up. Also it took 2 hours to change my oil.

My service is not complete yet. I got a text saying they would call - but no call - then this survey. Really - you should probably go back to whatever company you paid to put this survey platform together for you and renegotiate the contract. They are not giving you what you paid for.

I've had nothing but issues today with my car....stalling, not starting, back firing n the hold light coming on...none of these issues were happening prior to bringing my car into you....also I had my plugs n wires done 2 months ago and you have it showing they need to be replaced....extremely disappointed...how are you going to resolve this???
