Its good to fill tires when they are low. Mine were not. Also was not given or offered my complimentary car wash. I am very unhappy with poor service
Came early to my appointment and my contact was at lunch. Completely understand that but it took over 5 min to get someone to help me. No biggie as the gentleman that helped me was very nice but just an FYI, might want the overall service tram cross trained to help a customer appointment early.
I was not satisfied with my service. My appointment was with Kelsey and I was told my appointment would only take “A couple of hours” well when those couple of hours were up she walked passed me and said she was going to figure out what was taking so long. I waited another hour and tried to find out what the status of my vehicle was and I was told “she would find out soon”. After waiting 4 and a half hours for my vehicle I finally was able to get out of there. She needs to be talk to about her attitude.
This morning I went in for a basic oil change they said it would be a hour wait also was told there was a recall for my vehicle for a water pump I asked if we could do that another time she said no problem after waiting 3 hours for service was told by the service advisor they did the water pump without letting me know. Then on my way home the low coolant light came on and a warning on the dash.so I stopped to make sure it was not leaking and I saw oil and coolant all over the front end this vehicle is kept very clean by us as it is a showroom truck from your dealership and this is not the first time they didn't clean up after service was completed I also have pictures if needed ****-****-xxxx
We called to make sure service was 5000 miles and We get there and told 7500 miles per service. It is over 250 miles we did not need to make the trip yet. Also we are used to a clean and vacuumed car when serviced . Very dissapointed.
Only bad thing is your parking lot around the Dodge ram service center is way too crowded. The ram can't turn very tight and it's scary to get in and out of the complex. Other than that it's pretty nice. I didn't get a text when my truck was ready but I went in and it was done so I'm happy.
Ask me for comments after the repair is done Wednesday Waiting for a part.
Kelsey and her customer service were great. I was not impressed by lack of attention of the work done on my details of both cars.

You gave me back my car without fixing the problem! The problem I brought it in for was 'shifters need servicing' and no one bothered to verify whether it was fixed or not. You replaced a part and gave it back to me without fixing it! Moreover, your mechanic left grease tracks all over my front carpet. Honestly, this is the worst experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. After I conplained the service manager found out the car needed yet another part. Why wasnt this documented in my file? You can do better than this!

Kelsey was great. I still feel like my Jeep JL is pulling left and right on sraight streches of highway.
I was told “twenty more minutes” multiple times within 4hrs. I couldn’t leave or be picked up because I kept being told they would be done soon. I understand there are miscommunications but I fell on the bad end of this one.
