I don’t need a representative to contact me.
I called and made the appointment. I wanted to check for updates, oil change, tire rotation, and get the recall update done.
Was able to get the appointment next day which was amazing.
Got there. Talked to the technician, he was great. Got the text for questions etc and I asked for the car to be washed.
He came out and informed me the recall would take a bit longer and he would call a shuttle to go home.
The shuttle driver was a retired cop from Arizona and I had such a great time riding with him. He’s awesome.
I get a call about 2 hours later from my technician saying the car is done and “we got the recal all done, and the tires rotated”
What about the oil and the wash?
He says “oh we didn’t know you wanted that”
Excuse me what. We TALKED about it. I asked him to then just do it and I would wait longer. He said “oh the shuttle stops running st 3” it was 2:57. Ugh. So I said why don’t you get me on the books to be picked back up and I’ll just get the oil changed someplace else. Irritated.
I got the same driver who was great again.
Arrived and there was no charge which was about the only saving grace here.
This is our second 3 year lease with **** Hanna jeep and I will NEVER come here again. I have been disappointed, irritated, and downright pissed so many times. I’m done giving this service center my time.
The guy was nice and everyone was happy and pleasant. Just not competent.
Again. I don’t need to be contacted.

Teila was awesome. I appreciated the loaner vehicle she gave me. I have had my vehicle in the shop several times and even though it is under manufacture warranty I had to pay out of my pocket for the rental. The technician that worked on my car this last time was wonderful. He explained very clearly all the things he fixed. I appreciated that...Thank you for your service.. Teresa

As always, I’m greeted with a smile and check in is very efficient. Matthew Thornburg is awesome to work with, genuinely cares about my concerns and answers all my questions. My truck was ready before it was estimated to be done. Thank you!!
They forgot to wash the car as requested. My wife drove it home so I did not realize it until I saw it at home

The service writer was very polite, one of the better experiences I’ve had.
First, i was told my repair (driver window wasn’t working properly) would be 1 1/2 hrs, so I wandered around the shopping center behind the lot for two hours and nobody phoned to let me know if repair was done. I walked back over and couldn’t find the girl who was helping me so spoke to Jeff who could care less and wasn’t exactly nice and questioned if I was in the right place. Kelsey came back at that time and said it would be another
1 1/2 hrs. Another 2 hrs went by and I went to find her and couldn’t so opened the garage door and kept an eye on my truck for half hour and nobody was around it. Jeff happened by and asked if I’d been helped. (Guess he didn’t remember me). He was nice this time and went to find out what was going on. I looked out in the garage and Jeff was talking to the guy working on the truck and came back in and let me know it would be done shortly. I found Kelsey and she made some lame excuse and I think she is friendly but really could care less about her customers and what’s going on. So...4 1/2 hrs .. actually going on five hrs later, it was done. She really had no idea what was going on. Also, I was starving but didn’t want to walk back to the shopping center, so looked for a vending machine and found your deli. It would have been nice if she had told me it was there. On top of that, I bought my Dodge Ram a year ago last November. I negotiated $10.000, for my trade-in. It took a couple hours of negotiating and it was late when I signed papers. I tried to look over everything before signing and that experience was ok. However, several weeks later I decided I’d better check paperwork and found they only gave me $8,700 for my trade-in. I should have notified **** Hannah but figured nothing would come of it as I signed the paper. I thought about getting an attorney or calling BBB, but, again, I signed the papers so didn’t do anything.
I would be glad to do a survey! I was so pleased that the people in the service dept. got my car in quickly and finished the work so that I could go home. ( I had told them I wasn’t feeling well)

Just great working with Teila! She approached me and said “How can I help you?!” And I was very pleased with the work done and told her that when I picked up my 2007 Chrysler T&C.
Very disappointed in the fact the tech would not tight a nut that was a safety problem because he wanted to get paid I get that but am concerned that he would allow a vehical to leave knowing all he had to do was tighten it up maybe 30 seconds out of busy day , as tech for more than 40 years I have done so much for free when it comes to safety it’s just what we should do ! But I guess you can’t train it to some people , so I’m sorry I will not be back ever , my family owns a lot of dodge and ram vehicular and I’m sure they won’t be there for service either , thank you for your kind service
Very professional and had answers to my questions
Overall service was great. But the mechanic made a mistake. After replacing the water pump. The coolant level was not filled. I got a low coolant light on my way home. Had to stop and buy coolant and fill it up
Was pleased with my car being fixed in a timely manner
