She was fantastic-left feeling like I had a friend. Has Hanna thought about taking someone like her and offering classes on the new cars? They are so complicated now. There are people our age who would rather buy older cars because the new ones are so difficult to navigate. Kelsey made me feel as though I could call her when the car wasn't doing what I thought it should.
Service did their best to make up for the worst car in the world. Who sells a car without having any oil in it (documented by 3rd party), doesn't have heat, intermittent starting issues, a key to unlock the door, cracked radiator, leaking transmission, and video system has never worked. The list goes on and on. Didnt expect to be sold a car that you would find on some shady used car lot. If this survey didn't reflect service I would rate **** Hannah Chrysler 00.00 as they conned us. After spending close to a $1,000 with you I was very disappointed that my truck did not come back washed and cleaned up a little . The communication route that this dealership has needs improving

We dropped off the car on Monday afternoon for a Tuesday morning appointment. The gentleman that took our information said that they might be able to get it in early and said they would let me know. I had not received any info by mid morning so called in to talk to Teila and once again had to leave a message for her to return call. This time she called back and said that she had no information on my car and did not even know it was there. LOST MY CAR? She said she would locate it and let me know what was going on. I called again early afternoon and still no information and had to wait for a return call again. Finally she called back and said they were trying to work it in seeing as how they did not get it in in the morning. NOT MY PROBLEM! Finally received a call at 3:55 saying the car was almost done and I could pick it up but would have to find a way there seeing as now it was too late for the shuttle. Very disappointed with you service advisor. This is the 3rd time we have had to deal with her and every time it has been the same, poor communication. I have been dealing with Hannah for several years and I wish I had another option in Vancouver if this is how we are going to be continually treated.
I was waiting in the bay initially for 5-10 minutes before they found the person who was supposed to help me. Upon them locating the right person, she came up to my vehicle, didn't even greet nor acknowledge my existence and went straight to my door and tried opening it. To completely ignore the presence of somebody and try opening their car door without saying a word, or greeting them isn't normal behavior at all, especially from your business.
From there I was checked in for an oil change. 2 hours and three minutes later, I had to walk back into the bay and ask for my car, and pay. Nobody informed me that my car was done, nor did they come to notify me.
I'm pretty disappointed considering last time I had came in for service the manager was there, and he was very friendly, professional, and very quick with my service. Had I of known it was going to take two hours, I would've waited to do it another day, or at least have been prepared.
My car was finished and I still waited about 30 minutes to pay. And when I left I noticed the fluids weren’t in fact topped off as they were to be, I had no wiper fluid and my wiper blades were not changed as I was told they would be.
Expensive but the best service center in Clark County. Alyssa was a true pro.
When picking up my car, Matthew did not acknowledge that I was standing next to his desk - no eye contact whatsoever. Made me feel that since mine was “only” a recall, it wasn’t that important. A wonderful young women close by did an excellent job of getting paperwork, being personable and friendly, and even drove my car around to the front so that there wouldn’t be a long delay.
