One. I was called to advise my car was ready to pick up. However, when I arrived he recall service with being completed. I was told it would be five minutes to complete the work, but it turned into half an hour. Then, after paying for this service, I waited another half an hour for the car to be driven around from the back. Not the first time this is happened at this dealership. Two. I brought the car in for an oil change and a review of a clutch problem. I received an email about an hour later detailing about $5000 worth of repairs that might solve the problem. The service agent wanted me to sign up for this on the spot. It turns out, it would take at least several days to order parts, if they were available, and then several more days to perform the work. Nobody bothered to advise me whether or not this was truly necessary or just a blanket solution. When somebody dreams they have $5000 worth of work to do on a customer‘s vehicle, a courtesy call to discuss the necessity might be appropriate. I doubt vehicle is even worth $5000 at this point.

Alyssa was awsome! Her, customer service was great and her communication skills were the best ive experienced at **** Hannah ever! You need to have her train the service staff on customer service! I was very unhappy with the other **** Hannah employees i apple to, they just wanted to rush me off the phone even if the information they provided.was not correct. I had to call multiple times that day and I will come back to **** Hannah solely based on how i was treated by Alyssa she should be promoted!!!

Kelsey was great!! From the 7:00 AM beginning through the time I picked up my car she was on top of every question I had. She was friendly and very professional. If I were in business, she is the kind of employee I would seek. I Can't say enough about the way she handles customers. Excellent young lady.George Dowling

Kelsey was very efficient when assisting me with my Jeep’s needs. She was very nice and welcoming which made the whole experience better. I would recommend her to others as I found her to be a delight to talk to and very well informed on the Jeep issues I was concerned with.

My experience with **** Hannah dodge service was the worst customer service I have ever been through. I hardly worked with Shawn I mostly worked with the lane manager Cindy. She lost my parts so she had to replace my entire number instead of making the other part she lost work. This was a three month process to get my bumper replaced. I called her several times over the three months left several voice messages. NOT one time did I ever get a phone call back. I had to go into the service center to talk to her. There is way more to the story then I feel like typing it gets worse. I will never buy a vehicle from **** Hannah dodge ever and I will be sure to tell everybody I know not to buy a car from **** hannnah period.
