got the standard “cannot reproduce” excuse regarding rear rotation noise; requested a 30k service which was not performed; declined xpress oil change since we recently had it done elsewhere but it was done anyway and they removed the mileage reminder from windshield; when picking up Jeffrey argued regarding the xpress oil change; and Jeffrey did not review the service invoice regarding the services that were performed. Imagine if you can buying a car only to be disappointed within the first four months due to ridiculous quirks from the manufacturer and then over the next three years have even more disappointment from interactions at the dealership...
Teila is the best service writer I’ve ever had the pleasure to leave my Challenger with... she always prompt and courteous..she even took me too my work ..always 5 star service..car was fixed the same day,and running perfect.. thanks Craig

Service from Matthew was very good. I did pay for a full interior and exterior detail that was only about 75% complete. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the detail work. The cost of my headlights was absurdly expensive and I would like a better explanation than Matthew was able to give.

I came in with no appointment due to no heat in my new Ram which I had purchased on the previous Friday. Matthew stepped up to the plate and got my truck in and had a tech find problem within 45 minutes and got me a car to get home and to work the next day due to the part had to be ordered.
