Teila was great. She was always friendly and helpful. The work was sloppy. It didn't work right when I picked it up. They left old screws and litter in the vehicle. There's a half drilled hole in the bracket they installed.

We didn’t take our car in for service but I received several messages of its progress through out the day.
4 hrs. To change oil and then paid for someone else’s services and then was brought to someone else’s car. Worst dealership experience yet.

Alyssa frampton completely failed to do her job, I brought my car in at 10am on Friday morning to have diagnostics run and schedule maintenance, I did not hear back from her about the supposed 1 hour diagnostic until Tuesday. I waited 8 hours on Friday only to find out that Alyssa had leaved work early and had scheduled no matnence on my vehicle and gave me no notice that she would be out for the day. It took her 4 days to check my warranty and see if the parts were available and never responded to any of my numerous texts and calls. The next time I need sevice on my vehicle I will refuse to be helped by Alyssa B Frampton
Alyssa did great work and your fortunate to have her. She stayed in constant contact with me and did exactly what she promised and beyond.
Bringing a vehicle in because somethings broken is never fun but she made it a pleasure!
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Four hours later I asked for an update and apparently my car was being serviced for recall items that I was not informed about. I was sent an update email at one point but it didn't really say anything. Maybe there was supposed to be an attachment showing what you were working on?
Think your prices are out of sight for oil change
After looking over the service that was provided and comparing it with previous services I realized I was charged substantially more for the same service. The issue was rectified but it should not have happened in the first place.
