I had my 2015 Promaster van in for a brake job and oil change. At 30,000 miles both front and back brakes were shot rotors and all. I know it's not the dealer but I am infuriated that I had to spend $1100 on a brake job at 30,000 miles. It's just one more issue to add to the long list of issues I've had with this van. I asked them to adjust the sliding door....AGAIN.I think it's the 5th time. It works good for a week after adjustment and then I have to slam it to close it. The tech couldnt fix it. I recall them telling me last time that the adjusters were now maxed out. I also asked for a courtesy wash. Im supposed to have 1 each month but i only ask when i have it serviced because i dont want to wait for 3 hours for a wash. They can't get it in the wash bay because it's too big so they have to hand wash it. Well, I feel that if you sell them and promise a carwash...be outfitted for it. Guess what? They didn't wash it after I asked and spent $1100 on service that it shouldn't have needed so soon. At 5:30 pm I wasn't going to ask them again to wash it. And this is the 3rd time they have not washed it after I asked. My service adviser was nice but the overall service I received would be a fail.

We were charged for services that were not performed. Our car was brought in for an oil change and tire inspection. There was an issue with the rear passenger side tire. Receipt indicated that the spare tire was installed, with a charge for labor. The spare tire was not put on; however, we were still charged for the work. Not good......

We delivered our newly purchased Dodge Ram promptly at our 9 a.m.appointment to have our special ordered running boards attached. This was set up by Stephanie in fleet sales last Tuesday after the parts department informed her they were in. Your service team could not locate the running boards, at 11:38 we were called to say they could not find our parts. My wife phoned Stephanie to find out more information. The running boards were finally located and Installed but weren't finished until 3 p.m. It is always disappointing when a 2 hour service for your vehicle takes up most of your day off when you had all of your ducks in a row. Emily did state that notes would be made in our account that our first service would be done at a reduced rate. This was a nice gesture, We are hopeful our next trip to your service department goes off without issues and tbings,are more organized and professional. Regards, Ralph and Diana McKenzie

Jeffrey was rude. When I trying to explain issues he wasn’t listening and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. No communication on text. I needed new wiper blades and was never offered them. He wasn’t there when I picked up vehicle and the man that helped us was very helpful and pleasant.

I was happy until in 2016 have problems with the brakes bring to the service and say that’s ok in 2018 February we feel the same problem bring to the dealer for a service and I still feel de promblem and noice but I don’t happy with the service

The service department has been great. I feel personally that I was tricked into a great interest score, to only be miss told on what the bank actually wanted. I’ve been dealing with the same mechanical is issue since the day that I purchased it. At this point it’s cost me time time from work. If I’m not working I’m not making money. The service department has been great in setting up a loaner car.
