Jeff let me know right away that what I needed done was more than what they thought over the phone! I appreciated his being upfront about the cost so that I wasn’t shocked afterwards. The job got done perfectly and I was very happy! And the bill was actually a bit less than quoted so that was a bonus.

No tire rotation during the service and that supposed in the package. The car was finish the service and parking in the parking lot for over one hour. I was sitting in the rest room and waitting and waitting. No one contact me until I asked someone to check. Also the price is not same as last time service, after check on it, they found yhe techs used the wrong oil last time. What a joke. It supposed need to use full synthesis 0W-20, last time was semi-synthesis and 5W-30. I don’t want to do the servce again in this dealer.

Waited an hour past completion because mechanic just parked vehicle in back because didn't think we were waiting in waiting room. Had to ask about vehicle before were informed in was ready to go.

Attitudes of employees were snobby and seemed like it was a bother to assist. No "hi, how are you?" Or "have a good day." Was even mentioned. Basically it was, "where are your rental keys and where is the car?" Also when paperwork was completed, I asked where my vehicle was and with attitude, it was said "your car will be brought out as soon as they can because there are many cars in front of you" I asked an estimated time because I had an appointment I had to be at in 30 minutes and was told, "they will come when they come. " They had service guys standing around looking bored and to tell me, they couldn't use their help to drive out cars!? One girl was waiting ahead of me for 25 minutes and was upset! No one after me and I waited for 20 minutes! Poor service and bad attitude!!! Looks like certain managers and staff need to be evaluated for terrible service!
Teila understands the concept of "customer service" and evidences it by her behavior. She is a great representative for your dealership!
