In my prior statement, I made a mistake in using Sean as the name of Service manager at Vancouver Hyundai. It is actually Jason Spicer who said he once owned a Chrysler Town and Country when I was considering a Pacifica since Hyundai no loner made a can. This is in reference to your service department.

I was told at check-in that my procedure would take between 2hrs and 2 1/2hrs. 4 1/2 hrs later my car was done. Don't know why the difference between the times and I was never told the reason for the wait. Car was washed and vacuumed. Over all everyone was pleasant and congenial.

Kelsey was wonderful to work with. She provided me with an acurrate completion time, and made arrangements for a shuttle to my home and back to the service center. Kelsey was great & very helpful. Just took way too long to get my car once they said it was done. Waited around for 15 minutes after I paid & it was done. And then they texted me to come pick it up when I was already waiting. I'd rather they pull it up & then tell me it's ready.

You ****!! My truck sat there for three days and you never touched it. Martin was off and no one followed up on his jobs. I brought in a computer read out of what needed to be done and all your staff did was hook up a computer to the port and charge me $165 to tell me what i had shown them. A diagnosis that another shop did for me for free - goodwill (which you’ve never heard of) I will NEVER bring a vehicle of mine to a Hannah dealership again. And I ran into two other people while waiting who had the same quality of service.

I made my appointment for 7:00am and was not told at the time of making an appointment that my car would be in service all day long and that I would need to rent a car to get home or to my other appointments. Also service advisor was inaccessible. My service did not start at my appointment time. It was two hours later. Services advisor did not answer calls or return then in the time frame I was given be the greater. Car was not washed and oil change lite was not reset. Upon giving notice of this the greater was sent to try to reset lite and I had to notify service a second time before someone successful fixed the problem. I am not very satisfied with my experience and will not use this dealership again. Also I am a former corporate office employees.

When we picked up the Durango, there was a break switch that was install incorrectly. It drained the battery and we needed to return the car the next day to get fixed. Really need to QC the work. A simple walk around would have shown that the break lights would not turn off. We wasted a half a day fixing your mistake.

The sercice advisor started off grumpy and she took almost 5 hours to contact me that my truck was done not even twenty minutes after I dropped it off. I called the service dept. To see if the truck was done she didn't. The service needs to be properly trained in customer service and get the customer issues done in a timely manner and properly informed from start to finish! I like this dealership but the service shop desperately needs work!

I called at 10 a.m. to schedule an appointment for the next day and was told I could drop my car off on Friday for my Saturday appointment. I let the girl know that I would need a courtesy shuttle back to my home she pulled up my account new my address wand I was informed it wouldn't be a problem. When I dropped my car off Friday afternoon for the Saturday appointment I was told sorry the shuttle doesn't go that far. I asked the girl what she wanted me to do because my husband didn't get off work for 3 hours and she said sorry and turned around and walked away. On top of that I asked them to wash my car and when I got my car back it was dirtier than when I gave it to them. I called multiple times on Saturday to find out if my car was done and never once got to spoke with Emily even when I dropped my car off did I ever speak with Emily she was always either busy with another customer or not available. So it is very likely that I will not be returning to this service facility.

The people I talked with starting with Dayln were all polite, wanting to assist and make sure my needs are met. What I am most unhappy with is waiting 45 minutes to get my jeep after I signed the paperwork. Why should anyone have to wait that long after being told their vehicle is ready for pick up. Up until this time I have had good service, well except for not getting my jeep washed. I was told anytime I brought my jeep in it would get washed. I have brought it in 3 different times and once for repairs and still have not received a car wash. Why?

One comment and routinely happens with any service Technician completes vehicles deliveries it to parking and I have to wait anywhere from 15-30 min to close out with the service advisor. I usually have to ask to get the vehicle.
