When I arrived to pay for my service, Jeffrey was busy on the phone. Two or three other staff members seemed to be available, but evidently weren't able to take my payment. This might be something to consider. Jeffrey did a fine job.
I really appreciated the consistent updates via text message. Emily answered quickly when I had questions. Thank you Emily for your amazing service!

But oil life was not reset for me and I can do that I was just him let her know that it wasn’t reset
Upon dropping off my vehicle I also had a couple coupons that I did not see you applied to my invoice

Was not fixed the first time. The wiring was done wrong and it caused our battery to fail. A huge hassle. Had to bring it back on a Saturday to get fixed. This is the second time I have had to bring a vehicle back after a repair (Jeep Liberty with a rear window issue). Need a better post job QC inspection!
Teila Grinde provides great customer service but the issue I had was out of her control. I am expecting a call back from Cyndee Lamar to address the denial of warranty coverage for the fuel filler tube that I damaged. I feel the design of this part made it frustrating to fill up with fuel as the fuel nozzle would not seat properly so you had to hold it just right to fill properly. The new part you installed at a cost of $676.00 is designed completely different and now functions properly. I feel I should be refunded my $676.00 cost as this should be a warranty item. Your tech said it looked like the nozzle damaged the fuel filler tube by yanking on it so it is not covered. I had to hold onto the fuel nozzle with great effort every time I filled up fuel before now with the different design it works fine. Please arrange to refund me the $676.00 cost
Emily was hard to get a hold of when needing to speak with her.
