It was fast work and they knew why we were there. Sometimes we come in and they don’t know what going on with the vehicle . Also last time we came in they lost are key to are lugs so this time was very good this time

I can't even believe you had the nerve to send me this feedback request. From start to finish the experience was a complete LACK OF SERVICE. The icing on the cake was when I came to pick up my truck and was told it would be brought up front a a couple minutes. After waiting 30 min. I inquired about my rig, got an apology and was told it would be right up. After another 30 min. I inquired again and was told my key had been lost and they would make a new key and it would be ready in about 30 min. After waiting a total of 1.5 hours to have my truck brought to me the service rep. walked up to me and handed me MY ORIGINAL key and said my truck was waiting in front, IT WAS NOT. When I again approached the service rep. and told her my truck was NOT up front she stormed to find my truck, which was finally delivered to me 1 hour and 40 min. after my initial contact with the service rep. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD from any transaction. Believe me when I tell you I will tell this story to the world.

Please put some fans on the service people's desks to give them some relief from the heat. The staff was visibly affected this afternoon. Despite this,Excellent service was provided. Very happy with the experience as a whole.

Just took to long. Was 3 hrs for oil change in diesel pick up. Then check engine light came on. But all was resolved, and I know there are times thing's are busy and take longer. Overall happy with service.

My experience was hands-down the worst I’ve ever received. I went in for a FREE airbag recall on my dodge truck (plus an oil change, not free). You guys kept my car for FOUR days and charged me $200.00 because You did more work that I didn’t ask for. Not ok

My latest service call with **** Hannah went well. The two previous times I needed service I was very unsatisfied with **** Hannah. Once I had to take it across the river to another dealership based on price and time. The second time my friend who works at Vancouver Toyota help me with my problem

Your staff was very busy that day.....I got a text that my car was ready to pick up. When I got there, we had to wait approximately 45 minutes to actually get my car to leave. From what I observed, there was not enough people working to bring my car out to me. Another guy had been waiting 2 hours and his car was done also. I have always brought my car to your service department and I am very pleased with the service. I think you need more people to get people out faster when work is completed!!

Worst service center experience I have ever had. 5.5 hours of waiting with a scheduled appointment to receive a laundry list of issues that did nothing to address the issue that the vehicle was brought in for. Clerk was disengaged and condescending. PCM and updates should have been done to the computer system as a starting point. Nothing was done, wrong, wrong, wrong. I think that the original **** Hannah would be very ashamed.
