I dropped my Jeep off on Thursday Aug. 9th 10 am for a oil change plus they offered a free car wash. When I arrived at 5 pm to pick it up, the paperwork wasn’t done, the person in charge of helping me wasn’t around, the Jeep was brought around and no one came to get me in the waiting room. I finally asked the person bringing cars around how much longer it would be and he said he brought it around a Long time ago. I was there for over an hour. My time is valuable, I would hope u would respect that. Also, the Jeep wasn’t washed. I mean seriously, my Jeep was there for 7 hours!!!! I called and left message immediately and no call back. I finally called today Wed Aug 15. Talked to Cindy, who was very nice and accommodating but it shouldn’t have gotten to this point. Super disappointed in your service, again.

I will be coming back in. The computer was not reset and keeps prompting me for an oil change. Did not offer or wash the car. The manager lady seemed most concerned that I stand by my car "do not move". She did not welcome me or smile once.

I had to bring my car in twice in a week for the same problem. The second time it had to be towed because they didn’t fix it the first. The ultimate fix was exactly as I suspected and suggested during the first visit.
