the service itself was fine, but y’all need to seriously fix the check in process. there was a line to the street and people waiting half an hour to even be acknowledged, while we wait in our cars, even when we have appointments.... absolutely unacceptable.... I cannot stress enough how unacceptable this is.

Despite a horrible system that does not allow customer service reps to help each other, Kelsey does a great job. Above and beyond. my expeience with Chrysler has not been great from the start but Kelsey has given me confidence that it will improve

Waited 20 minutes just to get someone to come to my car then took 2.5 hours for oil change that is not Express service I had coupon for oil the lady took it then when I came to pick up tried to charge me double they did honor coupons after I asked to since they took it at check in I got coupons right off your website so they should honor them..the lady checking me out last name Hoffman had bad attitude grouchy look on her face while time even snapped and was extremely rude to the coworker that was working in the station in front of her when the coworker politely asked her a question she was so rude and told her yo wait I was embarrassed for her I sure would not put up with being disrespected by a coworker especially in front of customers but then she had not good customer service either so I dred coming to your service center it takes way to long and not friendly st all

Teila was absolutely fantastic as ALWAYS. She did her best to keep me informed of the progress with my truck. I was also very impressed that Emily saw me in the lobby and remembered me from prior visits. It’s your staff like Teila and Emily that keep me coming back to the dealership!! I ended up being in the waiting room for almost (6) hours, which wasn’t ideal but that wasn’t her fault. I was a little unsatified with the end result ie I had scheduled the appointment to deal with tire pressure sensors, so I would have thought you would have had sensor on hand to replace my defective ones but that wasn’t the case. Now I have to come out again. Thank you and I’ll see you again next week!!

My service center person is/was Emily and from the very beginning she was truly irritated and annoyed with the existence of anyone in that service center. She was rude, unprofessional, short, low energy and made me remember why I typically take our vehicles to **** Hannah Subaru for service. We have 2 Jeeps, 1 Dodge and 1 Ram and Subaru does a fantastic job (and quick) every time we go. I thought I would give Chrysler another chance but NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience I’ve had to date in the service center. I didn’t think anything could’ve topped my other past terrible experiences.

My Jeep was there from 9am until 6pm to do two recalls, check why the air only works on high and a brake light bulb replacement. The shuttle brought me there about 3pm as they told me everything was done. I sat there for 3 hours-while they worked on it. The things I was most concerned about were not fixed and I left after paying $165 for nothing! Emily did her best but it was a total waste of money and time for me. My brake light doesn’t work, my air doesn’t work and I still have the other recall to worry about.

I feel like I wasted my time and inconvenienced the service center. Instead of answers, I was offered an oil change and told that it had previously been recommended (which it was not). Also, why would I pay for an oil change at the same service center that (as far as I know) already screwed up the previous oil change? I don't like this service center, and I do not feel like a valued customer.
