Kelsey was amazing! I don’t think I have ever had a service experience that was so good. She was communitive, informative, and funny! Most shop experience have always been a pain....I hope that I always get to work with Kelsey!

Was a huge cluster to drop off advisor was very rude! Did not ask many questions at all. Did not know why would I would pay for software update! But after reviews they wait until you’re 36000 mile basic warranty is over! Price overall is very high, if they don’t approve my tire claim I will never be back
I scheduled online and was told i could wait and my service would be done in one hour. When i got there i was told the service could take all day. I had no ride at home at thatpoint and was told that they don't provide transportation to Camas. I was told i could rent a carwhy do i get stuck like this for a manufacturers recall.???

Two and a half hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. I also had an appointment.
Your parking lot and roadways stink especially for a pickup. I will not return.
It took two appointments to get the truck fixed and should have been just one.
I had a rear sensor out they reset it rather than actually look at the problem and now I still have a rear sensor out so no I was not
Horrible I had an appointment set for 1:00 and at 3:00 my truck was still sitting waiting for an oil change
The estimated cost to fix my truck was absolutely out of the question. Ihad it removed and taken to an independent very well recommended repair shop. If you would like species please contact me
I waited 3.5 hours for my oil change and even had an appointment. I was going to leave without the service done and never return but your staff did step up and make it right. I commend you for doing your best to make up for the inconvenience you saved a customer, a customer that just may buy his next car there.
