Coolent level was about an inch low when returned. 2nd time in row truck returned low coolent. You seem to have a lack of quality control. Oil cap still does not seem normal.
Drove truck home last night. Loaded it up this a.m. to go camping and it bas the same issue today. Disappointing once again.
Kelsey is always easy to work with but ive had my jeep in for service several times over the last 3 weeks. You had my car for 10 days to fix it. The very next day the problems came back. I brought it back in and was told it was fixed. Not even 5 minutes down the road the same problem came back. 8 called the service department to talk to Kelsey. They said she was with a client and would call me back. That was Thursday at noon and is now Saturday and I have not recieved a phone call back from anyone and my car is still not working.
Kelsey Arnold is wonderful, no complaints about her. An ongoing issue is a center console air vent that is still not repaired.

Your customer service provider, Tiela, does an exceptional job; but your department as a whole seems to struggle to communicate consistently on an internal level on expectations on timing, service needs and pricing . Please don’t contact me about it, and change your survey to give the option of opting out of a follow up contact.

My car is still not running well.
You had my car for a week to tell me that it was a loose battery cable from a previous repair you guys did! I had to pay for a tow for that! And I never was notified that my car was ready but got a text to rate your service! Terrible communication from your organization!
Vehicle serviced was someone else with our company.
I called to let your team know yet I continued to receive calls and texts and now a request for feedback.

I asked for our reward service car wash and was told that I had to ask at the beginning of our service. I went over to Honda to complain and they have me a card to go get it washed. So sad .

I was completely satisfied with everything until I discovered there was a cigar but and beer bottle cap in my drink holder. Maybe there’s a good explanation for this and I’d be glad to hear it
No one called me when truck was done. I called to check status at 550 pm. When I arrived at 713pm I found my truck was parked outside with my front windows down!!!!!! You didn’t secure my truck?????? Really. Let me do this to your car or house. My radio station was changed?? Why?? I know why so a tech can enjoy music while working. Then put the radio back to correct station when they’re done would be proper customer service. Chip M
Everyone at **** Hannah was super nice the only problem I had is that I asked how much it would cost and they said it would be $110 and it was 406 so I was not happy about that thank you though
