I'm very disappointed with my service rep Jeff he was very short with me when it came to hearing what I wanted to say. I asked questions and wanted to ask my questions answered again when when I picked up my jeep however Jeff didn't seem to care at all except leaving for the day he was rude I will not return to this dealership again for service for my jeep.

I spent 1,200 bucks to get my alternator and battery replaced which is absolutely ridiculous to me. Especially 2 weeks before Christmas. I feel like I got raked over the coals and since my Jeep was already towed in I felt like I was stuck getting it fixed there and paying the bill. My Jeep didn’t even get washed. Which is supposed to be complimentary when you bring a vehicle in for service. And the day after my service the oil change indicator came on. After this experience I will probably never bring my Jeep in to be serviced or even washed. And I will definitely be going somewhere else next time I buy a vehicle. **** Hannah dealerships have changed a lot in the last 3 years.

The service department had my truck for nearly 24 hours for recall repairs. The next day I was called and was told it would be done at 1:30 pm after a simple air filter replacement, added to the recall work that I had been told was already completed. When I arrived at the dealership I was kept waiting for nearly an hour more for this simple task with no update on my vehicle. This lack of time management has happened in the past. I will only be bringing my vehicle back for factory recalls, and my other business I will continue to take elsewhere.
My car ended up having to stay through the weekend, when it was returned to me it was filthy in side and out. I asked for it to be washed when i dropped it off.
Jeff made everything easy and kept me informed on my truck that was in for the recall. Thank you Diana T

When setting up the appointment they asked if we needed a loaner vehicle, my wife said yes. We got there to check in and brought up the loaner vehicle and they said that was just a request. Well we had 2 kids, husband wife and grandpa there expecting the vehicle. The lady said that is just a request. No we are stuck there as a family feeling really deceived. I have lost a lot of trust in you guys and will rethink your location when buying our next vehicle in 2019.

My truck is always in and out of the service department pretty quick for the last several recalls. I'm sure the service will continue being good and fast on the many more recalls to come. I should have bought another Toyota tundra ????????????????
