Came in for oil change at 8am. Encouraged to return in afternoon. Gary remembered me and was friendly. Likes the texts I received plus a phone call when ready. Helpful when I returned as well as courteous.

I would expect a car dealership service center to have washed the vehicle after over $1,000 in charges. Teila herself was great, but something as simple as a car wash (or lack thereof) is enough to make me not come back. It’s the little things.

I was never told it would take 3 hours to put on new tires. I requested to have an additional service done prior to my appointment, and it was the second time it was forgotten. I have a flat tire on one of my brand new tires three days later. Scott was a smartass and was unhelpful in discussing my military discount and or dropping off my car. I was not impressed. My flat tire only sealed that

Scott was great but having to go back a couple times because the machanic wanted to try and bend my break clamps instead of replacing them was very inconvenient and the fact that I have to pay to replace my e break cable that should have been taken care of in the first inspection is **** when a inspection is done and you see obvious problems you think they would be fixed instead of sealing it to a 2 time customer and waiting my time and money

couldn't understand why i had a 8.45 appointment for a oil change and i drove out at 12.30. my car was in your Express lane for over 2 hours. explain that to me .What does a appointment give me. very disappointed. bet you don't get back to me.
