Kelsey needs to k ow what a customer service means. 3 out of 4 people waiting in the lounge has issues with her. That says something about the person and it’s not good at all.

Kelsey is the shining star on your team. When I pulled up, not knowing what to do, nobody stepped up to help me. I finally got out of my car and asked what to do. I was asked why I was there, so I told them and said I was supposed to talk to Kelsey. Their reply was, she will be with you in a minute. Kelsey appeared and was awesome in customer service, the others....not so good.
Costumer service was horrible! My car was ready to be pickup and I waited 30 minutes to get my keys from Kelsey,she was more busy socializing with others then getting my keys. I won’t come back to this place again!!
I can't say enough good things about Teila and and Tori for taking great care of me. I was in uncharted territory since I'm newer to the area and my new truck had a check engine light come on. Teila was patient with me and informative and worked to get me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to miss any course work for a certification I was in the middle of getting. Tori had a 2019 Ram 1500 ready for me when I dropped off my truck. Teila made the entire experience feel less like an inconvenience and more like 1st class treatment. Thank you very much.
I found Kelsey very competent. She truly cares about her customers. Because of her commitment to excellency I will always take my vehicles to **** Hannah for service. In fact because of her I will buy my future vehicles from **** Hannah. Thank you again Kelsey!
