Dennis was extremely kind and personable. Dayton was very kind and personable. I was disappointed to feel pressured into more repairs than I came for...and the price of the repair was nearly double what I'd been quoted by the dealership where the car was from originally.

Sales and finance team were not candid about fees and charges. Communication was extremely poor, resulting in my time being lost. Had to frequently follow up with you because staff did not contact me to resolve issues. Overall unsatisfactory experience.

I was completely satisfied with the service and behavior of your representative Dayton Wong. What I am not satisfied with is the ultimate failure of the repair. My engine (vehicle recently purchased, not at **** Hannah) was unable to communicate with the fob at DEQ. This was the reason for bringing it to your dealership. Your mechanics identified the failed ABS module as possibly the source of the communication failure, but stated that after their repair, they *were* able to get readings of the engine and various modules aside from the ABS module. Mr. Wong communicated to me their concern that the communication from the engine to the fob might fail again between your dealership and the DEQ, where we went immediately after leaving your dealership, and in fact, that was what happened. More work will be needed. What I gained from the $709 portion of the repair bill was only some information in the form of a guess about the source of the failure of the engine to communicate with the DEQ fob. Again, I do not hold Mr. Wong responsible for this.

Prior to calling the service department I had called Discount tire to see what their quote would be for the complete installation and purchase of a new tire. I then called the **** Hannah service department and parts department to get a quote and it was $20 higher. I mentioned this to the person I spoke to in parts and he said no problem, they would match the price. However, the price ended up being about $30 higher and it didn’t seem like anyone really moved to do anything about it. It was awkward. So I left Not feeling as if I got the best deal. Then, I went back to discount tire to get a rotation and they noticed that the black cosmetic caps were missing from the wheel where the tire was replaced. So I drove back to **** Hannah and sure enough the mechanic to change my tire had them. In summary my experience was more expensive and took longer than I had anticipated. Stanley B

Very speedy service. I did not have an appointment. I had a tire pressure issue and was told that no appointment was needed as tire pressure is considered a safety issue. It turns out I had a nail in my rear driver tire. Thankfully I went in as there was a recall on my battery. I am thankful for Chad and I love Volkswagen. Thank you, -Vince
