The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Our car was in your possession for 3 months, the engine that needed to be put in was in your possession for 1 whole month before we actually had it installed. The communication on your end was the worst we have ever experienced. At one point we were told to “please stop calling” and to “take it easy” because we had to call multiple times to get any answers and were really upset and frustrated with the way we were being treated. Our loaner car was not set up properly and because of this error we had to spend several hours of our day off waiting for it to be fixed, and when we finally got our car returned to us after driving all the way from Seattle to pick it up with our two year old, it was scratched and dented. We will never bring our car here again and will make it a point to suggest others do the same. Mariah suggested she would be “our advocate” after we were stuck in another state on the side of the freeway with our child—but we had to be our own advocates to get anything actually accomplished and just to get a call back. Completely unprofessional.
Panchajany was everything that a GOOD service advisor shiuld be. Yiur facility in Vancouver is not nearly as good. I'll be taking my business to Panchajany and your parts department in the future!!!!!!!

The friendly and helpful service writer who checked me out from service. All were wonderful. This is a big change since I first started coming here 8 years ago. This group needs a bonus. You have finally got a cohesive group that practices what you preach in corporate. “Believe in Nice’.

I have to say, my first visit there... and I don't know what they even did to my car. There was no run down of the service needs, what was planned or how anything went. Also, I specifically asked to have the interior window cleaned from all the weird marks left from when the car was manufactured and it wasn't cleaned. And don't you wash the cars for us? or vaccuum? So I drove away with a coupon to spend time to go find a Washman. Not completely satisfied at all. Thanks. Annie Lamb

I brought my Jetta in due to check engine light driving to work. They were able to quickly check it out and set me up for an appointment the next day. They told me the finding and were able to fixit with parts in stock. I got my car back earlier then expected. Nice job!
He was able to squeeze us in the schedule on no notice to repair a broken part on our newly purchased vehicle. He & Barry were very friendly, helpful & easy to work with.
