Work on Santa Fe was not completed after 3rd visit. Team Manager Pablo was great in getting the MyHyundai app folks on the telephone. A case number has been assigned for a MyHyundai engineer to troubleshoot the problem and clear the ABS warning off my app. Still waiting for engineer to resolve.

It’s not over. I brought car in. Told them the issue. They said it was fine. I had to go back and physically show them the problem. I wasted a trip out their now I’m waiting for parts to be delivered and then repaired.

I was unhappy with my service for multiple reasons, but the main on was the time. It took way too long to drop off my car because there was only one person shuttling cars, I was supposed to wait with my car only to find out it would take 2.5 hours to complete the work, and I had "2 other customers in front of me". I dropped off at 9 am and didn't get the all clear until 4pm. And once again the "complimentary " car was that I have never received didn't happen. If I could take my car elsewhere I would.
