Worst service experience to date. Multiple calls about my vehicle went unanswered. I was going to purchase a new VW this week, I really enjoyed the Tiguan I test drove 3 times. I decided against the car because I never want to deal with DH service again.

I was satisfied with the service and Noah for his taking his time to make it happen. However, I am not happy that the 30,000 mike service was missed until nearly 40,000.

I was not explained nor told about what other maintenance my vehicle needed or may need. When I got the text my car was ready I was quoted a way higher amount then I usually pay. When I got to the dealership the same price I was texted was charged and so I asked why, because I usually pay “x” amount and the gentleman helping me was a bit rude when I asked and said that my car took extra oil and that was the price so I then proceeded to tell him that I had a coupon that I had given it when I dropped my car off and why was it not honored he then looked frustrated and found trhe coupon and ripped the invoice he had already printed and he had to re enter the information with the coupon price. What usually takes me 10 minutes to check out lead to 20 minutes. Also my car is usually always vacuumed and washed and the last few times I’ve taken my car in they haven’t done it

Overall my experience with the service was good. However, I had a big problem with not being quoted costs for adding plates to my car. It was almost approached as if it was going to be done complimentary and then I was handed a bill for $200. I could have had it done a LOT cheaper at another location - in fact, my previous VW dealership offered to do it free. So, I'm frustrated with the customer service and slimy feeling that was presented financially. I feel like costs should be transparent and up front before any work is actually done. Service on the vehicle was relatively speedy.

I have no problem with the service advisor. I have a huge problem with two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment. I'm considering going to Vancouver Hyundai for service if this doesn't improve. Even when it's just an oil change and nothing else it's always at least two hours and I'm tired of it.

For a 9:10am oil change appointment my car was ready until 11:00am. That is the longest I’ve ever waited for an oil change.

Nobody to wash and vac car yet again. The service actually washed my car by hand and apologized that she didn’t have time to vac. She was amazing.

This comment is in no way a reflection of Noah. It wasn’t his fault. But..... having a front low beam head light replaced in a car shouldn’t take 3 1/2 hours and cost $225. I realize Volkswagen made a huge mistake in their design and they are extremely hard to replace .... but having to purchase extra parts because technicians can’t get to the bulb without damaging other parts is just plain hard to swallow. Then paying for the extra long labor charge because technicians can’t get the cover off is hard to swallow too.
