Miguel listened to my concerns about what I was hearing and passed it on to the service department. They fit in a brake job and still got us out in a timely manner. He brought us out waters and went over costs before work was started. Polite and friendly young man.
They forgot to fix the back window that has never been able to roll down using the back door controls. We’ll have to wait till next service which could be a year from now. Otherwise it was fine.

I had a free inspection coupon, and called about the appointment and was quoted $150, and when I get done At the dealership I get quoted $225 to finish the inspection. I don't appreciate the bait and switch tactics used on me.

Jessica was a lifesaver!! My appointment was at 10:20 am for an alignment. When I dropped my car off, she informed me it would be ready about 2 pm. I told her that I had to pick my sister up from the airport at 12:40 and if there was anyway it could be done before then I would really appreciate it, even if it meant no complimentary wash and vacuum. She called about 11:45 am to let me know it would be ready at 12:30!! And, the wash and vacuum was being done too! I made it to pick my sister up in baggage claim!! Thank you so much, Jessica!!
