I didn’t get the service that I had specifically asked for which was for my coolant to be addressed along with my oil change and 60,000 mile check up. When I called to make my service appointment I had mentioned to the gentleman that either getting topped off or a flush was my main concern because my light had just come on and I had plenty of questions for him. I got home and looked under my hood to find that my coolant hadn’t been touched. I ended up just going to Auto Zone to buy it and topped it off myself so it’s fine for now but I had to be honest and click “no” when asked if I am completely satisfied. Thank you for everything else though, I appreciate it.
Your org was super efficient and all staff were nice and professional. They listened very well to my concerns and addressed them as appropriate. Being offered a lift back to my house was great while I waited. Mariah let me know that there were two recalls I was unaware of and advised me in the change of wait time right away which I appreciated. I have to say Mariah was knowledgeable and helpful.
