I was completely dissatisfied when I found out my oil hadn’t been changed when that’s exactly what I dropped the truck off for. I have never heard of anyone waiting 10,000 miles in between oil changes. The manager Derek was extremely rude and honestly he is so bad at providing customer service I WiLL NEVER go back. My truck was left unlocked in the parking lot all day. I will be sharing my horrible experience, and will be taking my business to Portland.

I was worried all the way back to Seattle as the tire light with the ! In th3 middle was on. Maybe that was from when the tire blew and wasn’t reset or even more concerning was there is something wrong with the new tires. Either way it wasn’t good ... I picked the first scenario and just kept driving. Now I need to go to the dealer here ...

There was no waiting, I was attended to at my appointment time. Also, she under promises but over achieved. I.E. the service was completed hours before the estimated time of completion.

I appreciated being updated during the repair process for my vehicle. Even though my pickup is an older model, I know it is always given the same quality a newer model would receive. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
