There were no issues and everything was done at a timely manner
Was not told that the cabin and air filters needed to be changed. Notice about the need on the paperwork. Had to ask about the dirty filters and then requested that they be changed. Had to ask twice about filling out the information on the 15,000 mile checkup in my warrentary book.

Tyler was great. Explained the work done that day and ensured that my concerns were addressed. He even remembered my last vist to the dealership when I purchased wheels and tires.

Tyler welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable and completed our 70,000 mile check up quickly and notified us as soon it was completed. Ran into Dan whom we completely trust, who in turn gave us to Nick Sisson, who was quiet knowledgeable on the Rav4. At this time, we will hold off in buying, but we will return when time comes and hope Nick is available. **** Hanna has an outstanding crew working for his company. Even though we live in Lacey its worth the trip down to Kelso. I believe it is one of the ways why your customers return because of the honest service you provide.

Took longer than was told. List of suggested repairs came in after the estimated completion time so we couldn’t do any of them. I asked several times what was part of the 60k service, was not given clear info. Disappointed today.
My car was taken in before my appointment time and taken care of and washed in a timely manner. Was kept informed while waiting, was a good experience.

everyone was very friendly and on time.
I came to my scheduled appt at 10 am today. When I made the appt I was told I would have to wait 30-60 minutes for my car to be done. When I checked in for my appointment I was asked if I was waiting for my vehicle to be done, and I said yes. 1 hour and 45 minutes pass and I go to the service desk to find out how much longer it would be. Staff scrambles to find paperwork and then realizes my car hasn't even been back into the shop. No specific reason was given to me why my car never went back. When I left I was told someone would call me, no call received. Highly displeased with service department.
