They didn’t have my appt scheduled at 10am today that I made last Thursday.
Then they said they would get me in it would takes hour and half. I got my car back at 2pm. Then when I picked it up the person that helped me had me cash out with another person that was fine. But they didn’t walk me to my car to go over the work that was done to it. Window seal needed replaced on back window of brand new car. And I purchased a bug guard.

It is hard to express my frustration in this space. Lack of clarity as to service costs, issues pointed out with poor explanation of how they might have occurred were the main issues.
Tyler is alway great. Gets the job done fast and is always smiling. Nice to come in for service with help like that. He would be a 11 on a ten scale.????

Your telephone system is terrible. Every time I called it would not advance past press 1, 2, or 3 no matter if I used my landline or cell. It took 5 tries to get tries to get through.
Courtesy was great and was able to converse on the subject of what the Rava needed
We had to get a new tire due to a puncture in the side wall and thought we were getting a matching tire since we just got these tires from Toyota less than 1 year ago. It is not the same make of tire nor is it the same tread. I will be discussing this with Toyota. In regards to Chrissy- she did an amazing job of keeping me informed of the issues and repairs that were needed. I appreciate all of her hard work.

My wife was very short on time so we made an appointment. She arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:40 appointment. She didn’t leave until noon! Over 2 hours for an oil change is pretty crazy. I’m sure that everyone in the service department was, as always, very friendly.
